Habana, may 7, 2009
Mr. Jorge Luis García Pérez (Antúnez)
Placetas, provincia de Villa Clara
Querido Hermano:
In virtue of the agreement in the session of today the Board of Coodinators of the Agenda for the Cuban Transition, we direct ourselfs to you (and, because of your actions, for your companions of the fast) to plant to them some matters of interest.
Before all, we are pleased to congratulate you for the undoubt success which you have gained by putting in a state of predicament the represive regime and for waking an expanding repercussion in the heart of the citizens and the peaceful opposition, who's most innocent elements have expanded and consolidated with your noble pledge.
We mean that your companions of the fasting and you can count on the Agenda for the Cuban Transition and its actual Pro Temporary Secretary to continue to back your abnegated strength.
But, at the same time we believe in performing with an obligation to ask all, in sight of the victory which you have reached, we consider to stop that act of peaceful protest. There are many and very important the work that is about to be handled to the cuban opposition in general and the particular Agenda, and the country needs the valuable support that you can offer and your companions in the struggle.
We are extraordinary jubilant by your return to our Agenda (for which we believe it is unfortunate that you have been practically forced to separate in a temporary matter), we depend on you,
fraternally,
By the Pro Temporary Secretary of the Agenda for the Cuban Transition.
