The group renews it'self

April 10 the group for the Transition in Cuba celebrated one year of being created.
Besides the great reprisals taken by the government against its members, the Board of Coordinators has kept it'self working and offering iniciatives towards a realization of democratic changes in the island. A good example of this is the competition which they are taking place to pick an iniciative in how to incorporate the civil society to the work force for the transition.
The Board for the Transition has also its objectives which is the unconditional liberation of all the political cuban prisoners and the cease of the repression against the peaceful cuban opposers and against all the cuban society in general.
The same day of the 10th and complying with past agreements, the group made the regular meeting of the month where the displyed labor was analyzed during the stage. Also new members where elected who are to intergrate the Pro temporary Secretariat.
The persons elected where Félix Antonio Bonne Carcassés and Francisc0 Chaviano González. Also we ratified Vladimiro Roca Antúnez as a member of this secretariat and it was agreed to open the possibility to increase the number of the members of this until the 5th, according to how it will be determined in the next meetings.
The new Secretariat, in compliance with an agreement taken by the Board of Coordinators, recognized the work and the effort realized by Martha Beatriz Roque Cabello as Pro temporary Secretary of the Board.
